Within the public sector, he has occupied several executive level positions within the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and the Department of Economic Development and Commerce.

Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the private sector in business development and project management with a specialty in international business development. He has an established network of B2B contacts in the Caribbean, LATAM and parts of Europe. Throughout his career he has been able to assist clients in the Food & Beverage sector; Manufacturing, and Service sectors develop and execute their strategic objectives and their expansion into new markets.
